Left the Port of Burlington early in the morning, 7 a.m. Railroad bridge open for a barge so we wanted to make it though as well.

 Made it through Lock & Dam 19 by 11:30 in the Port of Keokuk.

Lock has a 31' drop via a floating Bollards system.
